1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using S4K Flow Desk or the S4K Flow Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between your practice or business entity ("Tenant", "Customer") and S4K Base Technologies (UDYAM: UDYAM-TN-05-0101260, Karimangalam, Tamil Nadu).
2. Permitted Purpose & Service Description
S4K Flow provides conversational automation, WhatsApp queue management, and digital appointment coordination. The platform is designed strictly for lawful transactional, customer-support, and appointment scheduling operations.
3. WhatsApp Cloud API & Anti-Spam Compliance
All outbound WhatsApp communications dispatched through S4K Flow must comply with Meta’s Business & Commerce Policies. Unsolicited bulk marketing blasts, cold outreach, or spam are strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
Paid tiers (such as S4K Flow Pro at ₹499/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Applicable fees are processed through authorized payment gateway partners. Customers may cancel renewals at any time.
5. Data Ownership & Security
Tenants retain full ownership of all patient, client, and visit records created within their workspace. S4K Base Technologies acts solely as a data processor. All tenant secrets, API keys, and credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India.
