S4K Base Technologies (UDYAM: UDYAM-TN-05-0101260) ("we", "our") is committed to safeguarding customer confidentiality across the S4K Flow ecosystem. We adhere to a strict policy of zero resale, monetization, or commercial sharing of user data.

2. Information We Process

When you register and operate a workspace, we process:

• Account Credentials: Work email, tenant contact number, and cryptographically salted password hashes.
• Queue & Booking Records: Patient/client display names, appointment timestamps, consultation departments, and WhatsApp token sequences.
• Operational Telemetry: Webhook status updates and message delivery states required for real-time queue orchestration.

3. WhatsApp Message Pipeline & Retention

Live conversational sessions are stored in an in-memory Redis operational shield with a sliding 24-hour TTL matching Meta's customer service window. WhatsApp messages transit through official end-to-end encrypted Meta Cloud API channels.

4. Tenant Data Isolation

All database queries and token counters are strictly keyed by tenant identifier (`tenant_id`), guaranteeing cross-tenant data isolation and preventing cross-practice visibility.
